NDDC Empowers Niger Delta Students Through Regional Quiz Competition

In a move to inspire academic excellence and strengthen education in the Niger Delta, the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has kicked off its 2025 Regional Quiz Competition for secondary schools across the region’s nine states.

The competition brings together six schools from each state, with two students representing each institution. It is part of the NDDC’s broader strategy to encourage learning and highlight the role of education in driving sustainable development.

According to the Commission, the initiative aims to spark intellectual curiosity and motivate young minds to engage more actively in their studies.

The contest will climax with a grand finale slated for May 28, 2025, in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, where top-performing teams will be recognized and rewarded.
